“Petty Harbour man walks on water to save historic stage during storm”

Wednesday’s storm generated thousands of images, but none so bizarre as one from Petty Harbour. It looks like Leo Hearn is walking on water, but he was actually standing on a submerged stage. Hearn was trying to save an important piece of the community, an historic stage that used to hold dorys for underprivileged kids.
