Fishing for Success volunteers had to secure one of our little boats that broke from one of her moorings during the big storm! “It’s a mountain of sea out there,” says Leo. Brace of turrs to everyone for a job well done!
In the morning we discovered that the stage & slipway lifted away with the storm surge & 150 km/hr winds. Only an anchor or two keeping everything from floating away. Poor little dories!
The next step was to rescue the boats! Kimberly drove the boat, Leo pulled them in, and Jerry & Justin & John & Kerri helped, too! All tucked away safe on land now.
